Charles D. Colett
B.A. 1976 Stanford University; J.D 1979 Lewis and Clark Law School. Admitted to practice in the State of Oregon since 1979. Admitted to U.S. District Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court. Practice areas include ERISA, fringe benefit collection litigation, business, estate planning, and plaintiffs’ tort litigation.
Mr. Colett has handled over 300 cases in various jurisdictions. In addition, Mr. Colett has practiced in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and served as an arbitrator for the Multnomah County Court system.
